I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Osama. I contacted the clinic in my 17th week of pregnancy, clearly stating that I wanted to follow up my pregnancy with him until delivery. I also explained that I was not satisfied with my current doctor because I didn’t feel I was getting the attention, time, or proper answers to my questions. The clinic confirmed after checking with Dr. Osama that he would accept my case, and they scheduled an appointment for me at 21 weeks for the 4D scan and to meet him in person. During the appointment, after the scan was done, I began asking questions, only to be met with a rude and dismissive attitude. Dr. Osama told me the appointment was strictly for the fetal scan and insisted that he had never agreed to take my case. He was unprofessional, cold, and even harsh in the way he spoke to me, completely ignoring what had been communicated by his own clinic. I left the appointment feeling shocked and disrespected. I do not recommend Dr. Osama at all, especially for expectant mothers who need clear communication and compassionate care during such a sensitive time.
